  2. 2. Business Hours are defined as Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM EST. Weekend and nationally recognized holidays are not included in business hours.
  3. 3. Support DOES NOT include consulting for database tuning/sizing, Application Servers tuning or general environment maintenance.
  4. 4.Server Instance is defined as a single set of ePostRx™ application server and underlying SQL server databases as used by the ePostRx™ core code base.
  5. 5.Location is defined as any entity within ePostRx™ associated with one or more workflow steps.
  6. 6.Weekend support is available at $1500 per day.
